If you need support for Avere FXT or Avere vFXT, please follow the instructions below.
1. Dial 1-800-642-7676 and enter these IVR options in this order: 2,2,2,2,1.
2. Once in contact with a tech router, tell them that you are an Avere Systems customer and need to open a new case or have an existing open case.
